common future of Team and .fr

Hi guys.

As we still have the alliance ingame, although it was rather intended as anti-ro alliance, I wanted to ask whether we want to confirm this relationship of our two alliances, and work together.

So I offer .fr Alliance in the name of "Team - Wind of change" to confirm the already exisitng Alliance, to hold together and fight the rest to win this server together, or at least be the alliances which had the most fun on it
